Becky Thompson is the Senior Manager, Strategic Product Planning at Pfizer Global Supply in Kalamazoo, MI.  Her team of project managers are responsible for new product introductions to the Pfizer site in active pharmaceutical ingredients, oral liquids, topical treatments, and injectable medicines.  Most recently, they launched the groundbreaking Comernaty COVID 19 vaccine and active pharmaceutical ingredients for the Paxlovid oral treatment for COVID 19.

Prior to Pfizer, Becky worked at the Kellogg Company in Product Development, Global Engineering, and ultimately as a director in Research, Quality, & Technology in global launch programs where she was a key member of developing the global new product processes that helped Kellogg achieve organic revenue growth from 1997-2017.  She is recognized as a strong, driven collaborator who can synthesize insights from senior leaders into a solid plan to achieve strategic and tactical goals.

Becky received undergraduate degrees from Purdue University in Biological Engineering and in Biochemistry.  She is a Distinguished Alumna of Agricultural and Biological Engineering at Purdue and  has served on their advisory committee. She grew up on a farm and is the current president of McKinney Farms, Inc a family landowning corporation in central Indiana.
